Greek Yogurt Cinnamon Toast

This cinnamon toast is like too good to be true. It's crisp and crunchy, but has this sort of richness and warmth to it. And there's the cinnamon-y goodness. Is cinnamon-y even a word?
Well, now it is.
And it describes the toast perfectly.
Basically, you make a sort of spread using Greek yogurt, cinnamon, and sugar. Then you toast your bread and slather on the spread. Then, you stuff your face.
Sounds good?

Greek yogurt Cinnamon Toast:
Makes 4 slices toast

4 tablespoons greek yogurt
4 slices bread (any kind)
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix together all ingredients except bread. Toast the bread in a toaster and spread with yogurt mixture. Serve warm with a glass of milk.

Note: If you make too much of the yogurt cinnamon spread, you can dip fruit in it. Apples work great! My brother and I tried to make this last weekend, and then we realized we only had two slices of bread. We dipped apples in the yogurt and everyone was happy!

Enjoy!
Thanks for reading!
