Caramelized Peach Pancakes

The first week of school is over, and I'm already counting down the days until next summer. There's just something about being in school that makes it seem like you've been there for so much longer than you actually have been.

But guess what?
I can now say the ENTIRE French alphabet complete with he ehhs and ahhs and the noises that make you sound like you've got something stuck in the back of your throat.
For example, R= Aihruuhh.

Comprenez vous ?

BTW, that was google translate.

But boy, oh, boy are these pancakes good. They are basically thick, fluffy golden brown pancakes made with yogurt, that are topped off with gorgeously caramelized peach slices.

Are you drooling yet?

These are best served with a lot of maple syrup! Yum!

Enjoy!

XO, Meggi

  2. Tres bien, MK! These look like a dessert and breakfast put together; the best kind of breakfast in my opinion!

  3. These pancakes look great and kind of remind me of the brioche one's at IHOP. I'll be visiting your blog more often and have a great year in school.
